Why Sport and Healthy Lifestyles ?
Sport is one of most important human activities to make their life sustainable.
Sport is way of life to appreciate our good body and mind conditions.
Sport is a kind of relaxation efforts through exercise our muscles and bones.
Sport must done regularly to guarantee our healthy life patterns.
Healthy lifestyles is one of most important life methods through
considering the strategy for daily foods and nutritions consumption,
limiting our unhealthy traditions and activities (e.g. smoking, drunk, etc),
and also maximizing the practices for our body fitness and physical balance.
SPORT and HEALTHY LIFESTYLES must be one of key issues in
youth development all over the world because we all know that
it will impacted significantly to the entire human civilization circumstances,
not to mention in political, economy, military and security, and socio-cultural matters.
Remember the death of Kim Jong Il (North Korea) in 2011
and Meles Zenawi (Ethiopia) in 2012 because of their serious illness ?
The two political leaders in their respective countries seems that
did not doing sports regularly or implementing the healthy lifestyles.
Remember the spread of virus EBOLA from Africa in 1990s,
SARS from Hongkong in 2001, and H5N1 (avian influenza)
from Indonesia in second term 2000s?
It is severe threat for world economy stability, then we have to
do sports and healthy lifestyles in order to avoid the illness.
These phenomena show us that
sport and healthy lifestyles must being
one top priority to achieve
Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)
that instructed by UN Bodies.
Health is priceless thing because
it is directly belongs to our life,
and naturally given by grace from God.
